Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they were a part of in Hamburg. They realized at the time that it was a perfect match. Ashley was 17 years old and hadn't had any type of romantic relationship and went through everything slowly. The love was apparent from the their first meeting. Andrew and Ashley were also walking around the area multiple times before they began dating. Because the wedding was essentially DIY, personalization played an important role. Andrew and Ashley's dad created the seating areas and the arch for the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decorations. Ashley states that if Anna her florist from Magnolia Belle Floral had not done her amazing floral work to us, our wedding might not have had the magical feeling I hoped it could. The work is simply stunning.
